The artists of 13 Feet Off the Ground were invited to create a 40’ mural outside the Penticton Art Gallery.  The mural is a series of panels, unified in palette, where each artist explores the theme of “Vision 2020”.  The group will be traveling across the country in 2020, engaging with artist groups and gathering inspiration for new works.  This mural is a prelude to the exhibition of those works which will be hosted by the gallery in 2021.
